Jonh Huah equipment is used in food and beverages, medical supplies, cosmetics, daily necessities, automobile and motorcycle parts and industrial containers. ENGINEERING & COMPLIANCE

From control system to compliance cooperation, execution according to project conditions

Jonh Huah not only provides a single machine, but also designs its own control programs, circuits and thickness control systems, and integrates peripheral equipment according to products and factory processes. If the equipment has specific market or acceptance requirements, the engineering team can confirm relevant design, electrical configuration and documentation requirements early in the project.

Control program and electronic control design

The control logic and electrical architecture are planned according to the machine movement, material conditions and production rhythm; the on-site wiring is designed and constructed by the partner manufacturer.

Parison thickness control

According to the material fluidity, product appearance and wall thickness requirements, the parison thickness control is adjusted to improve the material distribution in different parts.

Peripheral device integration

It can integrate automatic feeding, finished product removal, bottle mouth trimming, leakage detection, in-mold labeling, residual material recycling and post-stage transportation.

Customized automated production line

Plan the control and linkage methods between the machine and peripheral equipment based on staffing, factory space, product rhythm and quality inspection process.

Experience in executing international compliance projects

Jonh Huah can participate in mechanical design, electrical planning, technical document preparation and third-party verification cooperation for CE, CSA and UL related compliance projects according to the customer's target market, equipment configuration and acceptance requirements. The actual execution scope will be determined based on the machine model, location of use and project conditions.

CE Compliance Project

Mechanical safety design, electrical configuration and related technical documents can be coordinated according to equipment configuration and target market requirements. The actual applicable certification documents will be confirmed based on the model and project.

CSA certification project

CSA verification is usually performed on the machine and project specified by the customer. Jonh Huah can cooperate with the equipment design, document preparation and third-party verification process. The scope of application shall be subject to the project.

UL electrical specifications

Applicable UL-approved electrical components can be selected and the control system can be planned according to the electrical requirements of the project. This capability is an electrical configuration description and does not mean that the entire machine has obtained UL certification.

The relevant contents of CE, CSA and UL are used to illustrate the compliance project execution capabilities and do not mean that all models have obtained the same certification; the actual configuration and documents are subject to the official project confirmation results.

MACHINE SELECTION

Understand the product first, then decide on the machine model and production line configuration

The choice of blow molding equipment does not only depend on product volume. Material characteristics, product weight, number of mold cavities, target output, wall thickness distribution, post-processing and quality inspection will all affect the machine head, clamping force, extrusion volume, driving method and automation configuration.

Whether it can be customized to match the existing mold

According to the product conditions, confirm the machine head, extrusion system, clamping force, mold structure, and hydraulic, hybrid electric, fully electric or accumulator models.

Products and Materials

Confirm the product usage, appearance, capacity, weight, and molding conditions of materials such as PE, PP, ABS, PETG, EVOH, EPET, PVC, TPE, TPV or nylon.

Yield and quality

Evaluate the number of mold cavities, cycle time, target output, bottle finish quality, wall thickness distribution, appearance requirements and leak detection conditions.

Automation and acceptance

Plan the loading, unloading, trimming, leak detection, in-mold labeling, residual material recycling and post-transportation, and confirm the equipment usage location and acceptance specifications.
