Technical Challenge
Food packaging production requires stable high-speed operation and clean handling. For HDPE beverage bottles, neck sealing accuracy and wall thickness consistency are critical. Jonh Huah supplied the JHS-370F hybrid extrusion blow molding machine for high-output bottle production. The setup uses a 4-cavity mold and servo-assisted hybrid drive. The production line can integrate automatic cutting, leak testing, and labeling so the process is less dependent on manual handling. Project Result
After implementation, the line reached a public output of 960 beverage bottles per hour. The machine maintained neck sealing accuracy and wall thickness consistency during high-speed production, reducing adjustment pressure during long runs. The customer continued using Jonh Huah equipment in later expansion plans, and the cooperation has lasted more than ten years.
